Returns & Refunds Policy

30-Day Return Policy for Faulty Machinery

We stand by the quality of our industrial machinery and precision tools. If your machine becomes faulty or experiences a manufacturing defect, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or replacement.

Conditions for Returns

• The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
• The fault must be due to a manufacturing defect. Damages caused by misuse, improper voltage, or unauthorized repairs are not covered.
• The item must be returned with its original packaging and all accessories.

Return Shipping & Courier Costs

• Defective, Faulty, or Damaged Items: Simton Electricals covers 100% of return courier fees. We will dispatch our courier partner to collect the item from your location at no cost to you.
• Discretionary Returns / Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item or return an unused tool within 14 days, the customer is responsible for the actual courier return shipping fees.

Refund Method & Disbursement Timelines

Once your returned item is received at our showroom and inspected by our technical team, you will be notified of the approval status:

• Refund Method: Refunds are disbursed directly via M-Pesa to the customer's registered phone number (or via bank transfer/card reversal for card payments).
• Processing Timeline: Approved refunds are issued within 3 to 5 business days from the inspection date.
