1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. Simton Electricals is a commercial trading division owned and operated by Simton Power Tools. All references to "Simton Electricals", "we", "us", or "our" refer to Simton Power Tools and its authorized operational divisions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Products and Services
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the site. However, we do not guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors.
All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason.
3. Orders and Purchasing
Orders can be placed directly through our online cart and checkout system. Upon placing an order, you will receive an official on-screen confirmation receipt and order identifier. Our dispatch and customer care desk will immediately coordinate packaging and shipment tracking.
4. Pricing and Payments
All prices displayed on the website are in Kenya Shillings (KES). Accepted payment methods include Pay on Delivery (Cash or M-Pesa on arrival for Nairobi deliveries) and Lipa na M-Pesa (Buy Goods Till) prior to or upon dispatch.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Simton Electricals or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Simton Electricals' website, even if Simton Electricals or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
