Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Simton Electricals, we provide transparent, predictable, and fast delivery for all tools, machinery, and equipment across Kenya. All shipping costs are fixed upfront with no hidden fees.
1. Nairobi Central Business District (CBD) — FREE
We offer Free Standard Delivery (KSh 0.00) for all orders delivered within Nairobi CBD. Orders placed before 2:00 PM are dispatched same-day directly to your office, shop, or workshop.
2. Rest of Kenya (Nationwide) — Flat Rate KSh 600
For all deliveries across Nairobi Metro, Kiambu, Machakos, Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, and all other 47 counties in Kenya, we charge a flat shipping rate of KSh 600.00. Deliveries arrive within 24 to 48 hours via trusted courier and parcel networks (Fargo Courier, G4S, Speedaf, or regional parcel desks).
3. Physical Store Pickup — FREE
You can inspect and pick up your items free of charge at our central showroom:
Simton Electricals — Ronald Ngala Street, Mozart Bet Building, 1st Floor, Room F25, Nairobi.
Order Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
Upon order confirmation, your package is prepared with an official delivery manifest. You will receive an immediate confirmation with dispatch details and courier waybill number via WhatsApp or SMS.
